The Portland Alternative Clinic offers competitive rates. We take pride in our excellent customer service and timely services.  Here are our rates:

New Patients………………………………………………$180.00

New Patients – (reduced rate) *………………$150.00

* Our reduced rate is offered only to those who are on the Oregon Health Plan (OHP) or receiving monthly Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits, or monthly Food Stamp benefits (SNAP). Also Veterans who served in the military.                                                                   

**Proof of assistance must be provided at the time of your appointment in order to receive the discount.**

The State will only accept medical recommendations within 90 days of the doctors’ signature. Your responsibility is to ensure the OMMP office receives your paperwork within 90 days of seeing Dr. Camacho.

This will prevent another office visit to our clinic, as the State of Oregon will deny your application if the medical recommendation is greater than 90 days of the doctors’ signature date.
